Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and courier details. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your ADOSH account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
If your order has not yet been processed by our atelier, we can amend the delivery address. Please contact our Client Care team immediately at support@adosh.com with your order number. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect packages.
Due to the high value of our pieces and the signature required upon delivery, we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. A physical residential or business address is required.
