Eligible Items
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners attached in original packaging.
Non-returnable
Final sale items, customized pieces, and intimate items where hygiene seals have been removed.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.

Returns Via the Shipping Service Provider
Yes. Once you initiate your return digitally via your client dashboard, a pre-paid printable postage voucher will be generated for your convenience to clear the carrier drop-off.
If your items arrived split across multiple boxes, select the respective pieces on your screen during request initiation. You will receive unique matching individual courier routing labels for each parcel box.
To ensure accurate item tracing and secure credit assignments at our evaluation centers, separate standalone transactions must be sent back individually within distinct container boxes.
After registering your request inside your customer panel, simply safely seal your products inside the box framework and hand it off over the counter at any designated local carrier network drop-off location point.
Your personal processing QR configuration code displays on screen directly following your web layout request validation. It is also preserved inside your automated email receipt for smartphone scanning.
We currently request that you return your incorrect item variant for an official refund, allowing you to freely secure your ideal replacement choice version through a brand new layout purchase order directly.
Please actively interface with our dedicated concierge lines before mailing the box container. We can manually refresh or restart your open collection manifest log parameters quickly.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return request (provided we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that you sent them to us) or alternatively, after you have handed in the returned products to the store, a courier service or a collection point.
Standard initial postage costs are entirely included in your recovery balance if the entire order sequence is sent back. However, partial returns or optional customized priority premium express fees are non-refundable.

For orders within the EU, UK, and USA, all customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. For other international destinations, local taxes or import duties may apply upon delivery.

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet outer packaging. The luxury ADOSH presentation box is safely contained within, revealing itself only upon unboxing.
