RECALL & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
We work tirelessly to make sure that every one of our clients has the best possible online purchasing experience. Within 14 days after the delivery date, you can request an exchange or a refund if, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase. Kindly adhere to the guidelines provided in our return and exchange policy below.
RULES FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
The resealable package in which you got the items has to be properly packaged and kept safe.
The package need to contain the invoice as well.
No part of the item may be worn, changed, damaged, or cleaned.
Every tag on an item has to be connected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or exchange, fill out the Service Request Form on this page. Exchange requests are typically dispatched within 2 working days, depending on stock availability. Returning items are collected at the time of new delivery, with a collection and re-delivery charge of Rs.340/-. This process takes 3-7 working days. Refunds can be collected via the same courier service or a reliable courier. The total order value is refunded, except for delivery charges. Transfers can be made to any nominated bank, and a notification with proof is sent when the transfer is made. If returns do not meet policy requirements, items will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items show signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
